Trigger Personal and Financial Freedom: How to Quickly Change Your Mood

Want to trigger financial and personal freedom? One of the most effective ways to reprogram yourself is the old stimulus/response route, the way dogs were conditioned to salivate at the sound of a bell after the bell was rung when they were fed. You want eventually to be able to instantly trigger a state of relaxed awareness, not a drugged type of relaxation. This also works well for depression and hopelessness, one of the lowest energy states. You can transform it into hope or courage.

To do this, you simply create a conditioned response to promote a better feeling or a better vibration level. Creating a trigger, something you associate with the desired response in you, is a very effective way to reprogram.

1. Think of something that makes you strongly feel your desired feeling, it could be a memory of an experience, a movie, or you can imagine being someone you associate with this feeling.

2. Most people have a preferred sensory mode. If you are visual, visualize a colorful symbol that you can step inside. If auditory, imagine a sound, music, or meaningful song. If you are tactile, rubbing your fingers together or something similar will work, if kinesthetic, moving a certain way, and especially improving your posture is powerful. Combining two or more modes will be more powerful. If you are an experienced meditator, your mantra or breath may serve this purpose for alert relaxation.

Combining a number of techniques to one trigger is more powerful, such as breathing and imagining. For more on this, read Michael Norman?s ?Your Instant Life Revolution? and Stanley Mann?s ?Triggers: A New Approach to Self-Motivation.?

Creating a new habit, usually takes 30 days of consistent practice, but your success will increase daily. Increasingly you will be able to quickly recover your poise and your ability to assess a situation and act effectively.

Creating a trigger to help you switch into positive feelings can be a powerful way to get back on track, and not just in terms of relaxation. You may have several desired feelings: confident, happy, grateful, etc. Think of something that makes you feel the way you want to feel and create a trigger to that. My trigger for calm and centered is to breathe in hearing and appreciative ?oooh,?then exhale to a relaxing ?aaaahhh.? I created this trigger by imagining a lovely, relaxing scene. My trigger for confidence is to imagine myself in a red star, hearing the theme to ?Chariots of Fire,? while making sure my posture is erect. I created this trigger while vividly remembering a time when I felt very confident.

The more you can intensify your feelings when you associate the trigger, the more powerful it will be. You will need to practice this as frequently as possible, but it will be enjoyable. Feeling in control is one of, if not the most important indicators of well being, and being in control of yourself is the only real control you have.

Remember to use your triggers! When you practice checking in with yourself frequently by associating it with checking the time, or seeing stickers you place strategically, you start to recognize your internal states. Don?t get caught in them, it won?t help to further imprint the destructive viruses that have prevented you from getting what you want. You can take responsibility, but not blame. Feeling guilty, ashamed, or being angry at yourself is pulling your fingers against the straw finger puzzle, it just hurts you more and you get more stuck. You lower your vibration, moving you farther from your goal.

Acknowledge the feeling, and if you can find it, the underlying belief. It?s ok that it?s there, but your feelings aren?t you, they come from previous conditioning or viruses. Let them go just for now--stop thinking about what?s bothering you and shift your attention to something that makes you feel grateful, happy or loved. If you want, you can always return later, but such low vibration states are not where you?ll do your best thinking. So trigger the vibration for personal and financial freedom!

Depression And Other Mood Disorders
Doctors used to believe that depression was a disease of late life, affecting older people more frequently than younger ones. In fact, recent studies have shown that quite the opposite is true. Depression is slightly more common in people between the ages of 18 and 64 than it is among those over 65. Even so, depression remains the most common psychiatric disorder among older adults, and it's particularly common among those who are hospitalized for illness or who are living in long-term care facilities. Depression causes untold misery for sufferers and their families alike, and in extreme cases it's so painful and debilitating that people consider and attempt suicide. The most common type of depressive illness is major depression. Other ty...

Emotions As Information
When you were a small child, your painful emotions may have felt too overwhelming to feel. If you experienced physical, emotional, or sexual abuse, your little body was not big enough to manage the painful feelings. If you were neglected, unseen, misunderstood, invaded, smothered, shamed or ridiculed, it may have felt too painful to manage. If you were a highly sensitive child with parents who did not understand high sensitivity, you may have felt too much emotion to handle. You might have had to learn ways of not feeling so much emotion.
