Product principle
1. The controller issues work instructions;
2. After receiving the command, the proportional valve will proportionally press the compressed air in the storage tank into the oil storage chamber;
3. The oil in the retarder is transported by compressed air from the oil storage chamber to the working chamber composed of the stator and rotor;
4. The fluid impact of the retarder oil passing through the fixed rotor forms a reactive force on the rotor, that is, a braking torque acting on the rotor;
5. After receiving the braking torque, the retarder gear and retarder rotor transmit it to the gearbox gear, which in turn transmits it to the transmission shaft and tires, achieving a deceleration effect.
